After successfully organizing SVUM 2015, SVUM 2016, SVUM 2017, SVUM 2018, SVUM 2019  SVUM 2020,  SVUM 2021 & SVUM 2023 at Rajkot & SVUM 2018 at Ahmedabad, now we are organizing 10th Edition of SVUM 2024 International Trade show Rajkot Gujarat India.

SVUM 2023 International Trade Show, B 2 B Meet & Factory Visit Dates 11th to 13th February 2024 @ NSIC, Aji Vasahat, 80Feet Road, Rajkot & 14th and 15th February 2024 Factory Visits.

 

In last 9 Show, our show is attended by 1000+ foreign Buyers, 31 countries diplomats and 4 countries ministers from 50 countries & importantly 3000 crore booked business.

 

This show will serve as only biggest initiative for the Development of all stakeholders, who will come under one roof to explore possibilities of international business opportunities which includes government, industry, investor, consumer and International buyers.

 

In last 8 Show, our show is attended by 1000+ foreign Buyers from 50 countries, 30 countries diplomats and 3 countries ministers & importantly 1000 cr booked business.. Countries list is as under. International Delegation: - For SVUM-2023 we are expecting 200 foreign delegates from 30 countries, some of the expected countries are from African , European, Australian, Gulf and Asian countries.

 

National Delegations: - We expect 5000+ visitors with help of our supporting organizations, promotion through Media partners.

 

Local Visitors: - We expect 25000+ visitors from Rajkot city and from other cities of Saurashtra Kutch region of Gujarat through Invitation cards, Media News coverage, News Paper Advertisements, Electronic media coverage, Social Media network and with support of local chambers/Associations.

We request your esteem organisation to join this event as Supporting Organization, Our offer for Supporting Organization are as below.

 

• One 3 x 3 meter complimentary exhibition stall in SVUM show.
• If more than 20 exhibitors (Paid) are there from your network, Name of one hall will be given on your Chamber/Association/ Organisation name.
• Logo on almost all promotion material.
• One person representation on stage with all high power delegation, ministers, ambassadors.
• Delegation from your organization can organize Paid B2B meeting for their special requirements.
• Opportunity to develop network with other international chamber and association.

• Issue permission letter to print logo as Supporting Organization.

• Provide directory / database of your members.
• Promote event as upcoming event on your website, Newsletters and magazines.

• Provide  9 meter complimentary stall in your exhibition if you are organizing.

 

No financial burden would be borne by your association for becoming “Supporting Organization” to SVUM Show. We look forward to maintain long term relationship. We also welcome other proposal from your side for strengthening our relationship and to empower SVUM Show.
